Luxury homes on South Pacific islands cost the same price as a one bedroom unit in the CBD or near the harbour

Favourable pricing of luxury real estate homes on South Pacific islands has attracted the Aussies who are paying the price of a one bedroom unit to purchase luxury homes on the beachfront on Fiji or Bali at a cost of $1 million only. Other fully furnished apartments on sale include villas in Auberge Beach, Nanuku villas on Fiji’s main island on Viti Levu which are complimented with a shared gymnasium, luxury spa and nanny service.
A four bedroom house with a pool in Bali near Balangan Beach fetches around $780,000 Else in Vanatu a three bedroom house costs $950,000. This has excited home hunters who feel contented with the pricing knowing fully well the risks associated with owning property in foreign countries where policies cannot be guaranteed to favor foreign investors.
Prospecting house hunters expressed willingness to risk spending money on these properties despite the anticipated change in policies as that was another way of serving money instead of spending too much on holiday resorts.
